When I looked at the detail on the chip for the 2430DL, your instructions stated that the chip would not work in the 2430DL. what chip should be used? Since I am new to your site and have not filled my cartridges before, I wanted to check the process. Your onlin manual does not show any cartidges for Konica Minolta cartidge number 1710587-xxx. When I looked at the other Minolta pages, none looked like mine. Do you have instructions so I can see what I am up against first?
