I have a hp cartridge refills 3210. My refillable cartridges were working fine, my 3210 was replaced with another new 3210. The printer will not recognize the refillable cartridges. ...do I need to empty the cartridges to be reset so that the new 3210 recognizes them, is there a way to tell the printer to recognize them, is there a way to manually reset them? My paperwork for the cartridges have been misplaced? Regards, John
